Creating Safer* Spaces
In co-creation with Meike Wolf (no pronouns/they) who is a systemic organizational development practitioner, I design workshops and experimental learning seminars with a focus on queer sensitivity in individual and group therapy. In addition, we support teams that wish to work together in trauma-informed and agile ways.
Queer-Sensitive Therapy & Self-Exploration
We offer trainings, experiential learning seminars, and group formats for people working in therapeutic, counseling, or psychosocial contexts who wish to further develop their work in queer- and trauma-sensitive ways. Within a held and protected space, we reflect on therapeutic stance, language, closeness and boundaries, as well as the role of identity, power, and collective experience in therapeutic settings.
Formats:
Queer-sensitive individual and group therapy: stance and practical tools
Experiential learning seminars for therapists and practitioners
Queer-Sensitivity in Organizations & Teams
We support organizations that seek to foster a discrimination-aware and queer-informed culture of collaboration. Through practice-oriented formats, we strengthen self-reflection, intersectional understanding, and psychological safety within teams. Our workshops are tailored to each organization’s structure—whether in social services, education, culture, public administration, or creative industries.
Formats:
Introduction to queer- and trauma-sensitivity
Working with language, microaggressions, and allyship
Resilience training for (queer) staff members
Process facilitation and impulse formats for leadership and teams
Structure & Setting:
Depending on the content and group size, we plan for a minimum of three hours, ideally a full day including breaks. As our work is strongly grounded in group presence, we prefer to hold these spaces live and on site. For further information or an informal conversation, feel free to get in touch with us:
