From the beginning of our lives, we are part of different social systems. In some cases, we are born into them and others, we participate through choice. Our social systems form the fabric of our lives and thus, are a key determinant of our mental health.

With a culturally sensitive, solution-orientated systemic approach and conversations on eye level, I wish to hold a safer and conscious space for inner growth for kids, teens and adults.
I offer individual-, family- and group sessions and work online & live in Neukölln.
I work based on a social pricing range varying from 90€ - 150€ for a 60 min session.

My therapy sessions with children and young adults focus on the internal and external resources of the client and the surrounding family to discover new ways to make use of them.

I offer individual sessions for children and young adults as well as family sessions, that I find necessary for a positive long-term effect of the counseling.

It is important to offer young people and their family system a space for sharing their struggles and needs, for improving their communication patterns and most importantly for healing.

I consider my way of counseling as self-empowering, always keeping in mind, that I do not know the answers to the healing process but can support my clients in finding (back to) their path.

Couples of all genders and ages find their way to my practice, whenever there is a feeling of being stuck at some point in the relationship.
When the old does not fit anymore and the new does not have a form yet. With presence and the needs of all parties in mind, I try to hold a space for mutual understanding and deep connection that allows change.

Price per 90 min. Session: 190€.

In my work with parents, I focus on the strengthening of the parental capacity of self-reflection, the stabilization of their emotional world as well as of the relationship between the attachment figures - being a safe haven for their kids.

Groups of max. 8 people, holding space for each other’s patterns and experiences in a trauma sensitive and attuned way. English or bilingually English and German.
Price per circle: 45€ standard/30€ social/60€ supporter.
